I would give a higher rating for the service and haircut if it were not for the last two cuts i received. I have a bad cowlick and after the last to times i had a cut the cowlick was unmanageable. I also do not like having to sign in myself, (a new system i asum was installed because of complaints.) I would rather do it the old way and have the stylist be responsible for keeping track of customer order. Surely the store manager can be held responsible if this is not done and can terminate the people responsible for the non compliance. It's all about Management. If the store manager is also the franchise owner then it is Sport Clips responsibility to terminate the franchise. For the most part over the years i have going to this franchise, the cuts have been alright (not real good and not bad) and occasionally pretty darn good. I normally get the double MVP and am normally pleased enough to tip.
